Owner, Joe Shoup, recounts the days growing up in a family where honesty and integrity were non-negotiables. He brings this same philosophy into his rapidly growing business and instills it in his employees. Joe Shoup, Owner
Joe has an extensive background in construction with hundreds of hours of safety training on some of the largest construction projects in North America. He's led crews of two hundred-plus men and has been in leadership roles from a young age. After fifteen years of traveling for work, his life and career changed when he learned he was becoming a dad. Because family means everything to Joe, he began Piper's Excavation & Demo to be closer to his family. "Every long night spent working is to better their future.
